The hotline service of WETO AG provides expert trainer as engineers, programmers and master carpenters.
WETO offers following services:
Support by hotline/remote maintenance
Technical hotline is available to all WETO AG customers with a service contract for € 0.50 per minute. The service contract costs € 104 per year. (Without a service contract the hotline costs € 2 per minute).
Alternatively, we offer the possibility to rent our software or to use it within a convenient maintenance contract. Maintenance and support contracts last yearly and they include one day of training for one person during rent period, as well as a free hotline.
